Black Rain (For Ame Kumo)

I finally finished this piece and I'm proud of how it turned out  
I had to use Paint tool sai for the character and Medibang for the background as I couldn't get the texture I wanted on the sai but it was worth it!
This was for Ame Kumo on Amino and Black Rain (oc) belongs to her, she's a really sweet and wonderful artist, and this was in exchange for a lovely oc by her
